Front Wiper/Washer Switch Test

Disconnect front wiper/washer switch harness connector. Ensure continuity exists across specified switch terminals with switch in appropriate position. See appropriate FRONT WIPER/WASHER SWITCH CONTINUITY table. If continuity does not exist, replace combination switch.

FRONT WIPER/WASHER SWITCH CONTINUITY

Switch Position (1) Terminal-To-Terminal (Wire Color)
OFF (2)

LOW Speed BLU & YEL/BLU
HIGH Speed YEL/BLU & BLU/RED
WASHER ON YEL/BLU & BLU/BLK

(3) Test intermittent wiper relay. See INTERMITTENT WIPER RELAY TEST  .
