Transmission Range (Tr) Switch
NOTE:
TR switch may also be known as Park/Neutral Position (PNP) switch.
Ensure ignition is off. Disconnect TR switch harness connector. Check continuity of specified circuits. See TR SWITCH CONTINUITY table. Ensure there is no continuity to ground, or to any other terminals. See appropriate wiring diagram in WIRING DIAGRAMS . See Figure. Replace TR switch if test results are not as specified.
