DTC P1500: Engine Starter Signal Circuit Malfunction
Turn ignition off. Disconnect PCM harness connectors. Turn ignition on. Using DVOM, measure voltage between ground and terminal No. 2 (Black/Yellow wire) at 22-pin PCM harness connector. If voltage is 6-12 volts while cranking engine, check for poor PCM harness connections. If connections are okay, replace PCM. If voltage is not a specified, repair open in Black/Yellow wire and retest system.
