Vehicle Speed Sensor: Esteem

Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS) is located on firewall side of transaxle, near flywheel end of engine. On Sidekick, a second VSS is located in combination meter. VSS delivers input signal to the speedometer to indicate vehicle speed. Input signal is then delivered from speedometer to the Cruise Control Electronic Control Unit (CC ECU).
