Intake Air Duct: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1) Disconnect negative cable at battery.

Air Inlet Pipe (CAMI = Canadian Built, IWATA = Japan Built):

2) Disconnect IAC valve hose and breather hose from air intake pipe.
3) Remove radiator cap to relieve engine coolant pressure and reinstall it.

WARNING:
To help avoid danger of being burned, do not remove radiator cap while engine and radiator are still hot. Scalding fluid and steam can be blown out under pressure if cap is taken off too soon.

4) Disconnect water hoses from air intake pipe.
