Mode Actuator Service

MODE ACTUATOR

REMOVAL
1) Disconnect negative (-) cable at battery.
2) Disable air bag system.





3) Disconnect mode actuator coupler.
4) Disconnect mode actuator rod from heater unit.
5) Remove mode actuator from heater unit.

INSPECTION
1) Connect battery voltage (+) to terminal "a" and (-) to terminal "g".








2) Connect each terminal listed below to terminal "g" (negative (-) terminal of battery) and check if lever rotation angel is as specified in the above image.
