Symptom Chart "B" - Abs Warning Light On Intermittently, No DTCS Stored

  1. Turn ignition switch to LOCK position. Disconnect EBCM harness connectors. Connect test light between ground and terminal No. 24 on EBCM 24-pin harness connector. Monitor test light while moving wire harness and connectors. If test light remains illuminated, go to next step. If test light is not illuminated, repair circuit (White/Green wire) between terminal No. 24 and HAZ fuse.
  2. Connect test light between ground and terminal No. 9 on EBCM 24-pin harness connector. Turn ignition on. Monitor test light while moving wire harness and connectors. If test light remains illuminated, go to next step. If test light is not illuminated, repair circuit (Yellow/Green wire) between terminal No. 9 and DEF fuse.
  3. System is currently functioning correctly. Intermittent malfunction could be caused by incorrect harness routing or loose ground connections.
