Motor Test

  1. Disconnect front wiper motor harness connector. Connect positive battery voltage to terminal No. 1 at front wiper motor connector. Ground Black lead or housing at wiper motor connector. SeeFigure . Low-speed should be 45-55 RPM. Remove positive battery voltage from terminal No. 1 and connect it to terminal No. 2 at wiper motor connector. High-speed should be 68-78 RPM.
  2. If wiper motor does not operate, operates at only one speed or less than specified RPM, replace front wiper motor.
