Disc Brake System: Service Precautions
WARNING:^ Never use an air hose or dry brush to clean brake assemblies.
^ Use an OSHA-approved vacuum cleaner to avoid breathing brake dust.
^ Contaminated brake discs or pads reduce stopping ability.
^ When reusing the pads, always reinstall the brake pads in their original positions to prevent loss of braking efficiency.
^ Brake fluid may irritate eyes and skin. In case of contact, take the following actions;
^ Eye contact - rinse thoroughly with water.
^ Skin contact - wash with soap and water.
^ If ingested - consult a physician immediately.
