DTC P1500: Engine Starter Signal Circuit Malfunction
Turn ignition off. Disconnect PCM harness connectors. Turn ignition on. On models with manual transmission, measure voltage between PCM harness connector "B", terminal No. 8 (Black/Yellow wire) and ground. On models with automatic transmission, measure voltage between PCM harness connector "D", terminal No. 5 (Black/Yellow wire) and ground. If voltage is 6-12 volts while cranking engine, check for poor connections at PCM. If connections are okay, replace PCM. If voltage is not as specified, repair open in Black/Yellow wire.
