CIRCUIT DESCRIPTION
This sensor is installed to the throttle valve shaft. Throttle valve opening signal is transmitted from TP sensor to ECM as voltage signal. The signal is converted to duty signal in ECM and it is sent to transmission control module.





DETECTING CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSE

DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE
1. Turn ignition switch OFF.
2. Clear DTC stored in TCM and ECM.
3. Turn ignition switch ON.
4. Open throttle valve fully and keep it for 5 sec.
5. Return throttle valve to idle position.
6. Start engine and run it for 30 sec. or longer.
7. Check DTC.
