Circuit Testing: Notes
CAUTION:
Before performing circuit tests, ensure battery is fully charged, as a low battery may result in incorrect diagnosis.
CAUTION:
When performing the following circuit tests, it may be necessary to disconnect harness connector from Cruise Control Electronic Control Unit (CC ECU) if instructed. Ensure ignition is off before disconnecting harness connector at CC ECU. The CC ECU is located in different locations and contains an 18-pin harness connector. SeeFigure

apply test equipment directly to CC ECU terminals or CC ECU may be damaged. Connect voltmeter or ohmmeter probes from wire harness side of connector only.
