Transaxle Housing Components: Removal
- Remove oil seal, oil reservoir plate, magnets, lubrication tube and roller bearing retainer. See Figure . Using appropriate bearing puller, remove roller bearing. Discard oil seal and bearing.
- Remove needle roller bearing with race from transaxle housing. Check oil pan for particles. Remove and clean magnets. Clean transaxle housing thoroughly.
