This bulletin is to inform you of the availability of the Idle Speed Control (ISC) Actuator as a separate ordered part. See Fig 1 . If you need to replace the ISC, please use the part number listed below.

CAUTION:
- DO NOT replace the ISC actuator if:
- Yellow paint has been removed from the throttle lever screw.
- The resin cap of the throttle stop screw has been removed or damaged.
If there is any evidence that the throttle lever screw and/or the throttle stop screw has been adjusted, replace the throttle body assembly.
- When installing the ISC actuator, be sure to follow the instructions included in the box.
Failure to follow the pre-packaged instructions and the precautions listed above may cause the ISC system to malfunction.
