DTC 3: Open Dump Solenoid Circuit

- Turn ignition off. Disconnect RWAL ECM connector. Measure resistance between RWAL ECM harness connector terminal No. 17 and ground. See Figure.
- If resistance reading is 1-3 ohms, check RWAL ECM connections. If connections are okay, replace RWAL ECM.
- If resistance reading is more than 3 ohms, disconnect pressure limit valve. Measure resistance between pressure limit valve terminals No. 1 and 4. See Figure.
- If resistance is 1-3 ohms, repair open in harness White/Green or Black wire. If resistance is more than 3 ohms, dump solenoid winding is open. Replace pressure limit valve.
