Water Pump: Removal
- Disconnect negative battery cable. Drain cooling system. Remove radiator hose from thermostat housing. Remove heater outlet pipe bolt. Remove drive belts.
- Remove cooling fan, fan shroud, and fan clutch. Remove water pump pulley. Remove water pump, being careful not to lose dowel pin when removing pump.
