1995-96 Sidekick With 4-Speed A/T

  1. Apply parking brake. Place shift lever in Neutral. Park/neutral position switch is located on side of transmission.
  2. Loosen park/neutral position switch retaining bolt. Rotate park/neutral position switch so neutral reference line aligns with groove on the shaft. See Figure . Tighten park/neutral position switch retaining bolt.
