Stall Speed Test Results

Stall Speed Is Same In All Positions, But Less Than Specified:

Engine output may be insufficient or defective torque converter.

Stall Speed High In "D" Position:

Low line pressure, slipping forward clutch, slipping OD clutch, defective OD one-way clutch or OD one-way clutch No. 2.

Stall Speed High In "L" Position:

Low line pressure or slipping low and reverse brake.

Stall Speed High In "R" Position:

Low line pressure, slipping direct clutch, OD clutch, low and reverse brake or defective OD one-way clutch.
