TCC Lock-Up Solenoid

The TCM controls torque converter lock-up by delivering an output signal to TCC lock-up solenoid. Lock-up solenoid is activated when shift lever is in "D" position, and vehicle is at a predetermined specified speed. Lock-up will not occur until engine temperature is greater than 86°F (30°C).
