DTC 7: Shorted Isolation Solenoid Circuit

  1. Turn ignition off. Disconnect pressure limit valve connector. Measure resistance between pressure limit valve terminals No. 2 and 4.See Figure.
  2. If resistance is less than 3 ohms, replace pressure limit valve. If resistance is 3-6 ohms, disconnect RWAL ECM connector. Measure resistance between RWAL ECM harness connector terminal No. 1 and ground.
  3. If resistance is more than 20 k/ohms, replace RWAL ECM. If resistance is less than 20 k/ohms, repair short to ground in Green wire of harness.
