Cruise Control Actuator Circuit Check (4-Speed A/T)
WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 1995 Suzuki Sidekick. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
- Ensure ignition is off. Disconnect electrical connector at CC ECU. Using ohmmeter, check resistance between CC ECU electrical connector terminals No. 3 and 7. SeeFigure . Resistance should be 12-18 ohms.
- If resistance is not within specification, check wiring and electrical connectors for related wiring circuit. See appropriate wiring diagram under WIRING DIAGRAMS . Repair wiring or electrical connectors as necessary.
- If wiring and electrical connectors are okay, check cruise control actuator. See CRUISE CONTROL ACTUATOR under COMPONENT TESTING.
