Valve Body: Disassembly
- Pull out manual valve. Remove control solenoids. Remove bolts from valve body (11 front side; 5 rear side). Remove rear valve body gaskets and separator plate together with rear valve body.
- Remove 6 check balls, solenoid oil strainer and check valves with springs. Remove check valve and spring from front valve body. Remove rear valve body cover and key. Remove components as shown. See Fig 1
.
- Remove keys from front valve body and remove components as shown. See Fig 1
. Remove front valve body cover, gaskets and plate. Remove check valve, spring, 3 check balls and solenoid oil strainers. Remove keys and remaining components from front valve body.
