Forward Clutch: Reassembly
- Coat clutch drum oil sealing rings with ATF and position on clutch drum and rear cover. Coat "O" rings with ATF and position on clutch piston. Press clutch piston into clutch drum by hand.
- Using an appropriate press, install piston return spring and secure with snap ring. Install plates, discs and flange in the following order: plate, disc, plate, disc and flange. Secure with snap ring, ensuring open end does not align with grooved section of clutch drum.
- Coat race and clutch drum thrust washer with grease and install onto clutch drum. Measure forward clutch piston stroke as noted in PRELIMINARY CHECK
