Idle Speed Control (ISC) System

ISC system incorporates a stepper actuator motor to control throttle opening. PCM uses signals from various sensors to control voltage sent to rotate ISC actuator plunger forward or backward, controlling throttle opening. Current direction is reversed in circuit to retract ISC plunger (closing throttle).
