CONDITION

The 1995 Suzuki Swift A/C Installation Manual (P/N 99963-01501-121) indicates an incorrect torque when connecting the discharge hose to the condenser.

AFFECTED A/C KIT: P/N 95000-50G10.

(1) Discharge Hose

(a) Connect the discharge hose to the condenser using a (M6) nut.

Tightening Torque:

Incorrect Torque: 9.8 Nm (100 kgf.cm, 7.2 ft.lbf.)

Correct Torque: 5.4 Nm (55 kgf.cm, 4.0 ft.lbf.)
