Removal & Installation

  1. Remove console box. Remove ashtray, ashtray upper plate, and cigarette lighter. Pull off control lever knobs. Remove heater control lever garnish. Remove heater control lever panel.
  2. Remove glove box. Remove heater control lever screws. Disconnect electrical connector from control panel blower motor switch. Remove switch, and check continuity. See BLOWER MOTOR SWITCH  under TESTING.
  3. To install, reverse removal procedure. Ensure all control levers operate smoothly. If lever does not operate smoothly, adjust cable clamp position.
