BRAKELIGHT Switch

NOTE:
Brakelight switch may also be referred to as stoplight switch.
- Loosen lock nut on brakelight switch, located near top of brake pedal. SeeFigure . Slightly unscrew brakelight switch from mounting bracket.
- Pull brake pedal fully upward, toward brakelight switch. Adjust brakelight switch so clearance between threaded end of brakelight switch and brake pedal cushion is .060-.079" (1.50-2.00 mm). SeeFig 1 . Tighten lock nut.
