Cruise Control Actuator Cable

  1. Remove cover from top of cruise control actuator, located in engine compartment. Loosen lock nuts on cruise control actuator cable. SeeFig 1 .
  2. Position cruise control actuator lever in fully closed position. Adjust cruise control actuator cable to obtain .04-.08" (1.0-2.0 mm) cable free play. SeeFig 1 . Tighten lock nuts. Reinstall cover.
