Pre-Diagnosis Inspection

If ABS warning light is illuminated, check the following items before proceeding with testing.

Ensure parking brake is not partially applied or parking brake switch is damaged.
Ensure service brakes are not dragging.
Ensure vehicle not was stuck in mud, sand or snow.
Ensure wheel spin did not occur while driving.
Ensure wheel was not spun while vehicle was lifted off ground.
