Intermittent Or Poor Connections

Intermittent malfunction may be caused by poor connection, rubbed through insulation or wire broken inside insulation. Enhanced diagnostic feature of Tech 1 or Suzuki scan tool can be used to check frequency of problem. Any circuit suspected of causing intermittent problem should be checked for backed-out terminals, improper mating, broken connector locks, damaged terminals, poor terminal-to-wiring connections and damage to wiring harness.
