Disabling System (MX-3, RX7 & 929)

Disconnect and shield negative battery cable. Wait at least 10 minutes for back-up power supply to be depleted. Disconnect harness connectors from diagnostic module, located behind left side of instrument panel. Connect Short Circuit Connectors (49-H066-004) to diagnostic module harness connectors.
