Mass Airflow (MAF) Sensor

MAF sensor is located between air cleaner and throttle body. MAF sensor uses a hot wire to detect the amount of air drawn into engine and sends a voltage signal to ECM (terminal A6). Battery power is provided to MAF sensor from ECM terminal A3. ECM uses this signal to control fuel injectors.
