This bulletin is to inform you of the modification of the Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensor (pressure sensor) which has been in effect since January 1994 production.

NOTE:
If a white dot exists on the MAP sensor as shown in Fig 1
even when the I.D. number indicates an early type, use the assembly procedure for the late type.
SERVICING
- When replacing the MAP sensor, be sure to remove the gas filter, clip and hoses and replace them as a kit. Refer to PARTS SUPPLY DATA below and diagram in Fig 1
- When assembling the MAP sensor kit, refer to "INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS" supplied with the kit.
