- Stall Speed Is Same In Both Positions, But Less Than Specified: Engine output may be insufficient or defective torque converter.
- Stall Speed High In "D" Position: Low line pressure, slipping forward or OD clutch or defective No. 2 or OD one-way clutch.
- Stall Speed High In "R" Position: Low line pressure, rear or OD clutch slipping, reverse brake slipping or defective OD one-way clutch.
