Actuator Circuit Check (3-Speed A/T & M/T)

Turn ignition on. With CC ECU connector disconnected, check voltage between ground and the CC ECU connector terminal No. 5. SeeFigure . With cruise control main switch on, 10-14 volts should be present. If voltage is not as specified, check wires and connectors of related circuit. See WIRING DIAGRAMS  . Repair faulty wires or connectors as necessary. If wires and connectors are okay, check cruise control main switch and/or brakelight switch function. If switches are okay, check actuator. See COMPONENT TESTING  .
