Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the left side insulator/closeout panel. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL INSULATOR PANEL REPLACEMENT - LEFT SIDE .
  2. Disconnect the electrical connector from the mode actuator.
  3. Remove the mode actuator screws from the evaporator case assembly.
  4. Remove the mode actuator from the evaporator case assembly.
