TPS Inspection (Swift DOHC)

Unplug TPS connector. Using ohmmeter, check resistance with selected shim thickness gauges between throttle stop screw and throttle lever. See THROTTLE POSITION SENSOR (TPS) RESISTANCE  table. See Fig 1 and Fig 2 . If TPS cannot be adjusted to obtain correct values at terminals "C" and "D", replace TPS.
