Toe-In

Fig. 3 Adjusting Toe-in:

Toe-In is adjusted by changing tie rod length.
1. Loosen right and left tie rod end locknuts, Fig. 3.
2. Rotate turnbuckle and adjust toe-in to specification. On Swift models, ensure that rack boots do not twist during this procedure.
3. Thread lengths, Fig. 3, should be equal lengths. Torque locknuts to 51-72 ft. lbs.
