Engine Temperature Sensor: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
- Disconnect battery negative cable at battery.
- Drain engine cooling system.
- Disconnect WTS coupler.
- Remove WTS from cylinder head.

INSTALLATION
- Reverse removal procedure noting the following.
- Check gasket for damage and replace if necessary.
- Tighten WTS to specified torque.

TIGHTENING TORQUE
5 - 15 N-m (0.5 - 1.5 kg-m, 4 - 10.5)

- Connect coupler to WTS securely.
- Be sure to check that no cooling water leakage exists after installation.
