CONDITION

Modification of throttle body and gasket.

Improved driveability.

CORRECTION

When replacing throttle body and gasket, use updated parts as listed in this bulletin.

This bulletin is to inform you of the modification of the throttle body and gasket which has been carried out since September 1992 production. These modifications were made to improve rough idle conditions and provide a smoother transition from idle to open throttle. When replacing these parts, please use the updated part numbers as listed in this bulletin.

Throttle body assembly (viewed from underside). See Fig 2 .

• Vacuum passage modified.
• 1.8 mm hole added to throttle valve in lower throttle body.

Gasket (viewed from underside) See Fig 3 .

• Gasket area enlarged to change vacuum passage
