Checking Fluid Level: Transaxle

  1. Engine must be at normal operating temperature. Park vehicle on level surface and apply parking brake. Place selector lever in the "P" (Park) position, start engine and allow engine to idle for 2 minutes. Apply brakes, shift through all gears and return selector lever to the "P" position.
  2. Remove dipstick. Fluid level should be in "HOT" or "FULL HOT" range. Add fluid if necessary. DO NOT  overfill.
