The differential ring gear bolts and their torque specification have been modified as of August 1988 production. See Fig 1 and Fig 2 .

The late type bolt is supplied with its threads coated with a special thread lock cement. Do not apply additional thread lock to the threads.
If the differential ring gear bolt is to be reused, whether the early or late types, make sure to apply Thread Lock Super 1333B (P/N 99000-32020) to the threaded part after thoroughly cleaning the threads, and then tighten to the torque specification of the late type bolt.
