Removal Procedure

  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to LIFTING AND JACKING THE VEHICLE .
  2. Remove the rear tire and wheel assembly. Refer to REMOVAL PROCEDURE .
  3. Remove the rear wheelhouse from the vehicle. Refer to REAR WHEELHOUSE LINER PANEL REPLACEMENT .
  4. Remove the lower shock bolt and nut.

  5. Remove the upper shock bolt.
  6. Remove the shock from the vehicle.
