Auxiliary Air Temperature Actuator Replacement

Preliminary Procedure Remove the left rear trim panel. Refer to REAR QUARTER LOWER TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT . Remove the 3 auxiliary HVAC module mounting bolts. Refer to AUXILIARY HVAC MODULE REPLACEMENT . Reposition the auxiliary HVAC module inward to gain access to the temperature actuator. Calibrate the actuators. Refer to ACTUATOR RECALIBRATION .
1	Auxiliary Temperature Actuator Screw (Qty: 3) CAUTION: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE . Tightening torque 2 N.m (18 lb in)
2	Auxiliary Temperature Actuator Tip: The temperature actuator is mounted on the outboard side of the module. Tip: Disconnect the electrical connector.
