Samurai & Swift: Inspection
- Check brushes for cracks. Using a vernier caliper, measure brush length. Standard measurement is .43" (11.0 mm). Minimum length is .18" (4.5 mm). Ensure brushes slide smoothly in holders.
- If damaged or worn, replace brushes and brush holder. Install NEW springs when replacing brushes.
