Cylinder Block

- Inspect block for distortion of deck surface. Warpage limit is .0012-.0024" (.03-.06 mm). Inspect block for cracks, scratches and other defects. Measure bores at 3 levels for wear, taper and out-of-round condition.
- If bore wear, taper or out-of-round exceed specification, rebore cylinders. See CYLINDER BLOCK table under ENGINE SPECIFICATIONS.
