SERVICE INFORMATION

Following is a current list of required special tools found in the dealer essential tool kit.

Please be sure your dealership has all the listed special tools, and that they are available to your service technicians. Individual tools can be ordered through Suzuki's parts department by their specific part number.

Case Separator (09912-34510) See Fig 3 .	Used to separate upper case and lower case.
Fuel Pressure Gauge Set (09912-58412) See Fig 4 .	Used to measure fuel pressure.
Remover, Valve Guide (09916-46010) See Fig 5 .	Used to drive valve guide out from combustion chamber.
Vacuum Hose Joint (09918-08210) See Fig 6 .	Used with vacuum pump gauge (p/n 09917-47910) to measure engine vacuum.
Torque Converter Puller (09918-48211) See Fig 7 .	Used with additional 10mm bolt to remove torque converter.
Bush Installer (09918-96010) See Fig 8 .	Used with support base (p/n 09919-06010) to remove and install torque stopper bush (manual transmission mount).
Support Base (09919-06010) See Fig 9 .	Used with housing installer (p/n 09918-96010) to remove and install torque stopper bush (manual transmission).
Holder, Flange (09922-66020) See Fig 10 .	Use when removing flange nut.
Guide Clutch (09923-36330) See Fig 11 .	Used to align clutch disc to flywheel center.
Installer, Bearing (09925-98221) See Fig 12 .	Used to drive out and drive in the clutch release shaft bush.
Attachment, Rea. Remr. (09927-08210) See Fig 13 .	Used to press-fit low speed synchronizer sleeve and hub onto main shaft.
Stopper, Gear (09927-56010) See Fig 14 .	Used to prevent the crankshaft from turning during removal and installation of engine parts involved in engine revolution. Install it to flywheel gear or drive plate gear.
Remover, Bearing Oil Seal (09941-64511) See Fig 15 .	Used with bearing installer (p/n 09951-76010) to remove transfer output front shaft needle roller bearing and rear case bearing.
Installer, Oil Seal (09944-66010) See Fig 16 .	Used to install steering knuckle oil seal and front wheel hub oil seal.
Holder Differential Carrier (09944-76010) See Fig 17 .	Used to hold differential carrier (front & rear) so as to facilitate disassembly, reassembly and adjustment of differential assembly.
Gauge, Booster Piston Rod (09950-96010) See Fig 18 .	Used to measure clearance between booster piston rod and master cylinder piston.
Tightening Wheel Bearing (09951-16050) See Fig 19 .	Used to tighten front wheel bearing nut.
Attachment (09951-16070) See Fig 20 .	Used with mounting dummy (p/n 09926-78311 ) to measure and adjust drive bevel pinion height (rear differential).
Bush Remover Plate (09951-26010) See Fig 21 .	Used to press-fit output rear shaft assembly into center case.
Fuel Pressure Gauge Adaptor (99963-00015) See Fig 36 .	Used to perform fuel pressure tests under various conditions.

Pump Oil Seal Installer (09926-26010) See Fig 26 .	Used to install oil seal in converter.
Clutch Spring Compressor (09927-66020) See Fig 27 .	Used with Servo piston ring installer (p/n 99963-00013) to install Servo piston.
Second Clutch Piston Seal Installer (09927-66010) See Fig 28 .	Used to install the second clutch piston seal.
Alignment Tool (09927-66010) See Fig 29 .	Used to align converter housing and pump.
Hub Gauge Tool (09923-46010) See Fig 30 .	Used to choose the correct selective washer for second clutch.
Vacuum Modulator Wrench (09920-36020) See Fig 31 .	Used to remove and install the vacuum modulator.
Converter Housing Seal Remover (99963-00011) See Fig 32 .	Used to remove converter housing oil seal.
Clutch Spring Compressor (09922-86010) See Fig 33 .	Used to compress reverse clutch spring seat to remove retaining spring.
Servo Piston Ring Installer (99963-00013) See Fig 35 .	Used with clutch spring compressor (p/n 09927-66020) to install Servo piston.
Third Clutch Snap Ring Compressor (99963-00014) See Fig 35 .	Used to compress third clutch snap ring.
