SERVICE INFORMATION

The manufacturer has developed a new tool for measuring fuel pressure on Single Point Fuel Injected Samurai vehicles. The adapter fits between the fuel pressure regulator and the throttle body, allowing fuel tests to be performed completely from the engine compartment - not under the vehicle at the fuel filter.

INSTALLATION

Loosen fuel cap. Relieve fuel pressure in fuel feed line. Remove Fuel Pressure Regulator. Install the Fuel Pressure Gauge Adapter where the Pressure Regulator was and install the Fuel Pressure Regulator into the adapter. See Fig 1 . Secure the Regulator and Adapter with the long bolts provided. Do not over tighten the bolts: Tighten bolts 12-36 INCH lbs.
