Preliminary Procedure Remove the Instrument Panel Compartment Door Assembly. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL COMPARTMENT DOOR REPLACEMENT .
1	Instrument Panel Compartment Screws (Qty 9) CAUTION: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE . Tightening torque 2 N.m (18 lb in)
2	Instrument Panel Compartment Assembly Procedures Disconnect the electrical connections. When replacing the compartment assembly, transfer all the necessary components.
