Fuel Pump
Electric fuel pump is located in fuel tank. Fuel pump receives power when control unit provides ground for the fuel pump relay. Regulated pump pressure is about 35-40 psi (2.5-2.9 kg/cm2 ). Fuel pump has an internal check valve which should hold residual pressure of at least 26-30 psi (1.8-2.2 kg/cm2 ) for one minute after ignition is turned off.
